The lyrics are sung in Swedish, but since I understand Swedish just as well as Kobaïan, it sounds about the same from my point of view - and that's not meant to be criticism, since I love Kobaïan lyrics. Anyway, it's really really weird stuff - which means that it's fantastic. Favorite track: Tomma bakgårdar.

Let's examine the tags below... "progressive rock" - nah, I hate this term... "rock" - well, sort of... "like king crimson" - haha, I don't think so... "like yes" - oh my, fortunately not... "prog" - umm, like I said... "progressive" - dito... "Oslo" - yeah, sure! Anything else? Well, I call it neo-Canterbury. And as if the band agrees with me, they invited native Canterbury icon Richard Sinclair to contribute his trademark vocals on "Vintervake". In three words: Stunning, superb, outstanding! And if you like "Vintervake" and Steinar Børve's other composition on this album, "Kantonesisk kanotur", check out his latest breathtaking solo work "Mythopoetry", released under the moniker "Mythopoeic Mind".
